Their business cards might say REALTOR®, but the truth is Bob and Loren Sweeney of PRUDENTIAL AMERICANA GROUP are builders. Builders of dreams, relationships, and bridges of hope for those less fortunate. Bob and Loren drew upon their education as well as their experiences in the corporate world and used these skills to build upon their natural interest in real estate and investments. This career path also allowed them to utilize their passion for helping people. "It almost seems to come as second nature," says Loren. "My parents had rental properties while we was growing up and I was always intrigued with the whole process. While we were attending UNLV Bob and I purchased HUD properties as investments. It seems only natural that when we got into real estate full time we would specialize in residential."One thing you're not likely to hear from either of these highly motivated entrepreneurs are lofty-but-empty platitudes about customer service or putting the client first. Instead they put these intentions into action rather than meaningless words.
From the very beginning they agreed that their goal was not to see how many transactions they could sail through in a year, but rather how well they could take care of each client and his or her needs. The goal was not to "get through" a transaction, but to build a lifelong relationship. Their pledge to this objective is spelled out on their business cards: "Building Clients for Life."
